I'm a women’s* personal trainer whose purpose is to help women build their strength, fitness, self belief and confidence and to (finally) feel really flipping amazing about themselves.
Let me show you how to finally enjoy exercise and your body; how to train and nourish yourself in a way that compliments your female physiology (hello, hormones!) Whether you work with me in person or online, your programme will be just like you - individual - designed around your lifestyle and your cycle (where applicable) to achieve your goals in a positive and empowering way.
With a decade of experience coaching women, I'm confident I'm going to help you take control of your life and enjoy the health, strength and confidence you deserve.
I offer 1:1 personal training for ladies in Bristol and Weston-super-Mare, as well as online coaching options. I'm a qualified pre and postnatal trainer offering both of these options through pregnancy and beyond, as well as supporting women through peri and post menopause.

ABOUT ME
I'm a level 3 qualified personal trainer and with further qualifications in nutrition and pre and post natal training. I'm passionate about women's health and empowering women in the exercise space, so I stay up to date with the latest research so I can best serve my female clients through all the physiological events we experience. I am passionate about the huge role our hormones play in how we feel and perform through various stages of our cycle and our wider life seasons, and empowering women to understand their own cycles (and all the things we were never taught about our own bodies!) is a big motivator of mine.

I'm also a woman who has dealt with many of the challenges too many of us face. Low confidence and poor body image, unhealthy eating and exercise habits, absent or irregular periods, and, even at a time of good mental and physical health, simply not understanding how to train and eat for optimal performance as a female.

I'm a mum of two (currently 3 and nearly 1) and my journey through two pregnancies and postpartum recoveries has further ignited my desire to support women through their prenatal and postpartum journeys. The female body is honestly miraculous, and we deserve to know how to nurture it.

My approach is strictly sustainable, having suffered with eating disorders in the past I am all too aware of the dangers of fad diets and extreme exercise programmes. I want you to feel great about yourself. Happy, healthy, energised and strong. Strong like a woman.
